Manage orders and delivery

EcomPilot includes order management and a delivery workflow built for Gulf operations — including COD collections and failed-attempt statuses.

    Review new orders in admin

    Open Orders to see incoming checkouts. Confirm payment method (COD or prepaid), shipping address, and any customer notes before fulfillment.

    Prepare and pack the shipment

    Pick items from inventory, pack the order, and mark it ready for dispatch. Accurate stock updates prevent selling items you no longer have.

    Assign a driver or courier

    Use delivery tools to assign the order to a driver or export a courier sheet. Delivery staff can use the delivery portal on mobile.

  4. 4

    Update delivery status

    Track progress through statuses such as Out for Delivery, Delivered, No Answer, or Rescheduled. Clear statuses keep customers and finance aligned on COD.

  5. 5

    Close the order

    When delivered (and COD collected if applicable), mark the order complete. Use reports later to review AOV, failed deliveries, and top products.
