Getting started with EcomPilot

This guide walks you from signup to a live storefront. EcomPilot is a hosted ecommerce platform — you manage products, orders, and delivery from one dashboard without installing software on your own servers.

  1. 1

Create your account and start the trial

Sign up at ecompilot.app and start the 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin. Use your work email so onboarding and support can reach you quickly.

  2. 2

Set store name, currency, and language

Open store settings and set your brand name, primary currency (AED, SAR, QAR, OMR, KWD, or BHD), and default language. Enable Arabic if you sell to bilingual Gulf customers.

  3. 3

    Choose a storefront theme

Pick one of the six built-in themes (Classic, Minimal, Bold, Retail, Editorial, or Midnight). You can switch themes later without rebuilding your catalog.

  4. 4

    Add your first products

Create products with titles, prices, images, and stock levels. Use categories and brands to keep the catalog easy to browse. See the Add products guide for detail.

  5. 5

Enable payments and cash on delivery

Turn on the payment methods you need — Cash on Delivery for Gulf markets, plus Razorpay or Stripe where applicable. Test checkout before promoting the store.

  6. 6

Invite your team and go live

Add staff roles for managers, content, or delivery as needed. Preview the storefront, then publish and share your store URL with customers.
