Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original payment date
Applies to first-time subscriptions only
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

2 Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your EcomPilot subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
You will retain full access to your plan until the billing period ends
No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle after the 14-day guarantee period
Annual plan cancellations after 14 days are not eligible for a pro-rated refund

3 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Requests made after the 14-day guarantee window has passed
Renewal charges where the subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date
Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
Add-on services or one-time setup fees
