How to add products

A clear catalog drives conversions. Add accurate titles, photos, and stock so checkout and delivery run smoothly from day one.

    Open Products in the admin

    From the admin dashboard, go to Products and choose Add product. Start with your bestsellers so the storefront looks stocked immediately.

    Enter title, description, and price

    Write a customer-facing title and short description. Set the selling price in your store currency. Add a compare-at price only if you run a real discount.

    Upload images

    Add at least one high-quality image. Use multiple angles for apparel and electronics. Keep file sizes reasonable so pages load quickly on mobile.

    Set inventory and variants

    Enter stock quantity. If you sell sizes or colors, create variants so each option tracks its own inventory and avoids overselling.

    Assign category and publish

    Place the product in the right category (and brand if used), then publish. Confirm it appears on the storefront listing and product detail page.

Tips

  • lightbulb Keep SKUs consistent — it helps order packing and reports later.
  • lightbulb Out-of-stock items can stay visible as “notify” or be hidden depending on your preference.
