Invite your team and set roles

Role-based access keeps your store secure as you grow. Give each teammate only the tools their job requires.

    Open staff or users settings

    In the admin, go to the staff / users area and choose Invite (or Add user). Enter their name and work email.

    Choose the right role

    Assign a role that matches the job: managers for products and orders, content managers for pages and banners, delivery for the delivery portal, and so on.

    Send the invite and confirm access

    Send the invitation and ask the teammate to set a password. Have them confirm they can open only the screens they need.

  4. 4

    Review access periodically

    When someone leaves or changes roles, update or remove their account promptly. Avoid shared passwords across the team.

  • lightbulb Keep owner / admin accounts limited to founders or technical leads.
  • lightbulb Delivery-only access is ideal for couriers and third-party drivers.
